Dexters on the job

I surprised two of our Dexter cattle at the nature reserve, taking a sneaky break from their work nibbling scrub. On being discovered, I like to think they looked a bit sheepish!

It's always tricky getting a good shot of these all black beasts. To get any detail at all in their faces I had to over-expose the lighter background, so I decided to make this one monochrome.
