Lunch in the Sun

So much beauty today - hate discarding so many... have gone for ones that show what we actually experienced, rather than just saw. The extra shows the cottage we're ensconced in, on future (Dutch) colleagues' dairy farm - feels so good to unpack for a few days (here until Thursday), wash our clothes, and look after ourselves - and it's so beautiful here - plus much illuminating chatting.

This was our lunch - cheese made here on the farm, from organic, unpasteurised milk. Breakfast at this little table too, with thick, creamy yoghurt also made here, plus milk straight from the cows. As you can tell, warm and sunny - though gets cold enough for thick quilts at night - typical Alentejano weather for this time of year.
