A memorable moment!.

This is not a good picture, but I'm posting it anyway because it is a memorable moment...the first time a pileated woodpecker visited our feeders. She didn't hang around, so I had to move quickly when I glimpsed her. There wasn't even time to open the window, so this is a through-the-kitchen-window blip...a dirty kitchen window on a drizzly day. Blip and she flew away! I'm still celebrating that I got a glimpse of her.
