Operation Cricked Neck and Trainsets

I worked from home today and it was Operation Cricked Neck. Hot water bottle on my neck, pillows, ibuprofen, lots of rest and I lay on the sofa with my laptop working in the lounge.

It did me good, felt so much better by school pick up. It was my turn tonight, it tends to be more Angus or Grandparents than me these days sadly.

She was so delighted to see me. "I can't believe it, you came Mummy". "I am so happy Mummy" etc. Gosh that little girl misses me. We had a great little chat as we ran errands in Wilmslow. I found an old train set for a fiver in a charity shop so we brought that home and laid it out on the lounge carpet. We were still there when Angus came home playing with it. Big hit!
