A waste of time!!

After a productive morning in the garden, we went to the local hospital as B had an appointment.

 My first visit there for more than 30 years, so I had no idea where things were. We waited for 30 minutes to get a parking space, 45 minutes to see the consultant, only to discover that he had been given an appointment to see the wrong specialist.

We did question the clinic allocation with our local surgery and the hospital, when the appointment letter arrived, but were told that it was correct and to attend!!

It’s not rocket science to question why a colorectal surgeon should be dealing with a ganglion on a thumb!!! Back to square one and a wait for the correct appointment, hopefully not another 10 weeks.
