Omega Scarred. Leitz Summicron 50mm DR, Bellows II

Once again, Cousin Crispin has provided the inspiration for a Blip...  Thank you!  I felt like doing a "super mag" tonight and decided to take a look at the crown of my 1982-vintage quartz Seamaster.  Once it was all set up with Bellows, "missing link" adapter and lens, I was quite shocked to see how banged up the metal is.  But this shouldn't be such a revelation: that watch was in a woodworking shop every day for twenty eight years.  All it has asked of me over the years has been several battery replacements, recently a new crystal, and it keeps on ticking.  Actual diameter of the crown is 3mm.
