Home grown salad

Amazingly we are still getting ripe tomatoes from the plants in the polytunnel.  Not as sweet as the ones grown at the height of the summer, but plenty of flavour.  Very tasty with home grown salad leaves, and home sprouted seeds.

W offered to make a salad, but actually this just consisted of tastefully arranging the stuff on a plate and saying "make your own".  Though I have to admit, it did work quite well.

Having been rather wet the last few days, today is dry, and mild, though a bit windy.  We spent the morning in the garden, weeding and mowing. 

I've added one of the last dahlias as an extra.
