William Turner

This week I researched William Turner, picked a painting of his that is of the sky, and tried to recreate it myself. This was the result (the one on the left page). I am proud of my work though I know that I dumbed it down a bit completely ignoring the shadows of the boats and things like that which I was unsure of how to paint. Still,  it was quite fun to try and recreate a painting of a sky that was obviously beautiful.
