I've had the news I wanted the mass found in Roo is benign he's ok if not still a little sore from his op.

At eleven o clock we stood to remember those who gave everything for people like me it makes you very humble as I listen to the old folk talking in the hospital about surviving the blitz, Coventry was hit very badly and you can still see today the ruins of the old cathedral.

I have my own little hero here though and I'd like to thank each one of you for your support over the last week.
