Verbena in the last light

Do we still have wideangle Wednesday anyone?

While waiting for the answer, here is a colour but almost monochrome photo of the verbena still flowering happily, against the rapidly fading evening light and hill.

Not overly inspired, but very busy today ordering plants and materials and getting quotes for clients gardening jobs.

I also managed to plant 44 willow whips to eventually form 44 stools/pollards for firewood and basket making.

Another step to self sufficiency has been taken. Rather satisfying!
