Investiture

N is now a real scout. This evening, we had his investiture ceremony.
This is what he promised:

On my Honour, I promise,
That I will do my best,
To do my Duty to God and the Queen,
To help other people at all times,
And to carry out the spirit of the Scout Law.


Scouts has been great for Miss D. She is now an Explorer.

And Elbows is now in Cyprus and Big Bird is now home for part of his reading week. Oh it's so good to see him.
