Rebuild starts at last!

Our lovely elderly neighbour has been waiting a long time for this to happen.

Concrete foundations are being poured today.

It is four and a half years since her house was flattened by the earthquake.

She still has a long wait though, as handover of the completed house isn't scheduled until 12 June next year.
