Running repairs

La Plancha, our favourite village centre bar/cafe is ostensibly undergoing a few repairs. Buffy's fish bar is closed for the winter so there are no restrictions on account of the neighbours - and no need to tidy up afterwards. Work continues around the customers with typical French lack of regard for any H&S implications.

We however have our own ideas as to what is actually happening. Each year it seems that there are just another few feet added to floor space. Could this be the start of yet another expansion? All perfectly legal and above board, I'm sure. Especially when your brother is the former MP and current Mayor.
