Light-in-the-Dark

Some light & self-regulation has crept in as day progressed.
This is a shaft of sunlight catching one of my tiny Cacti.
After lot's of phone-calls in/out, the question of just what numbers to call if something fails : this time electricity ( & me ) is beginning to be sorted.
