Lemon Meringue Cake....

I was going to a meeting so I baked a cake to take along. Meetings are much better if there is something to eat. It's my own invention. It's just a basic lemong flavoured sponge cake sandwiched together with lemon buttercream, lemon curd and crushed meringue. Then it's topped with lemon icing, more lemon buttercream, more crushed meringue and some bitter lemon sweets I found. Not much was left at the end of the meeting.
