just a normal evening bike ride....

dad, i'm looking forward to biking with you in the uk this summer but will you be able to guarantee a trail of children running after us wherever we go?!

today has been a normal day in zambia. part wonderful, part horrendous. spent some time with a couple of interns this morning then watched as one taught in one of the bible classes. very cool. then this afternoon i was at masala market buying food for work which was hot, sweaty and entirely irritating with people shouting at us and getting in our faces. not nice. then this evening we had the perfect sun-setting-beautifully-lit bike ride. i took feettravelled to the school i went to yesterday. we were greeted by the most wonderful, enthusiastic teenage girls who are incredibly excited about starting football training with our interns.

then we saw a man building his house in the middle of the road.
