Spine

Had problems uploaded and publishing today. Spent the day at the Skin Clinic and the Physiotherapy Clinic.  Very nice physiotherapist, Diane, used this piece of equipment to explain my condition. It looks like a weird fish but it's what the human spine looks like! After she'd used the phrase 'age-related wear and tear' at least three times I think she must have seen the expression on my face, because she then said 'Of course, this starts at about age 25'.  A very perceptive lady as well as a very good physiotherapist methinks. Another appointment next Friday.  Meanwhile, a restful afternoon I think!  Have a nice evening, everyone!
