Time on our hands.
Back down to earth now.
My wristwatch died whilst abroad - a not inconsiderable inconvenience, but remarkable really - as I had bought it eight years ago before leaving Australia and had not renewed the battery in all that time.
Meandered around in a bit of a jet-lagged haze.
My brain and body clocks do not know what day or time it is!
Football and refereeing two cup ties will bring me back to mutinous reality with a shock tomorrow and Sunday.
These clocks were on the jewellers' wall in Nottingham where they supply, service and repair timepieces.
The feason they all show the same time is not a tribute to efficiency or accuracy. They are all stopped!!
Why that should be at ten-to-two is a mystery.
Any ideas?
