A two hundred mile day at work. Mostly in the pouring rain.

I miss the sunshine already!

Gave the stumpjumper a bit of a service. Quite reassuring how seized the bottom bracket bearing was. It means I was almost cycling with brakes on at Cwmcarn last week.

Just need to get it sorted before Wednesday's ride.
