Dolly and the ransom

There was a kidnapping at work today, an innocent penguin has been taken hostage! I came in this morning to find a letter addressed to me containing a ransom note, I was shocked to say the least! There were no demands immediately, however, at lunchtime I found another letter stuck to my locker! This one let me know what sort of biscuit crazed kidnappers I was dealing with, I'm taking their threat seriously! I guess I'll have to come up with the goods, or else...
