'Tired, Tatty and Tangled'

The Roses are still bravely flowering..despite the rain and wind....

Had a trip to the flicks this afternoon to see the movie 'Brooklyn'.....directed by John Crawley, screenplay written by Nick Hornby..from the novel by Colm Torbin. Starring the beautiful Saoirse Ronan and very charismatic Emory Cohen (who reminded me of a young Frank Sinatra)....and not forgetting Julie Walters and Jim Broadbent. Described by one critic as 'a snow globe of nostalgia'....I agree and really enjoyed it.

Off to Essex tomorrow for a wedding..so I may be a bit behind with my Blips. Have a great weekend everyone!
