Roadworks Over!

I had to fuel up my car as I didn't have enough petrol to get to work in the morning.  I had a long drive home via Warwick University.  I was keen to see what all the fuss about the year long ++ extensive roadworks was about.  It looks good, but I imagine it must be carnage during rush hour.  There is now barely enough road space for a double-decker bus, and certainly no room to overtake a cyclist.  I'm sure this makes sense to the planners?
