Drama Over The Hayfield

I pass by this hayfield regularly on my way to State College and back and each time these picturesque hay bales catch my eye so I decided to take advantage of a bit of spare time today and pull over to take a few photos. 
Since the sunlight and sky conditions were a little mercurial today, I wasn't so sure I would like any of my shots but as it turns out, I found the clouds above the hayfield to be more dramatic and impressive than the quaint round bales.
