Fading fast.....

This one was long obscured by the building work that created the student housing block here; and in the intervening time, the weather has taken its toll. That and painting on an albeit highly visible site - stone and mortar wall is always going to be porous and not good for longevity. Undated, but I know it's been there all of the time I've been tracking Cigs, so probably 2013 / early 2014. Not sure it will see 2016 out, mind.
