Surfin' WA!

For my birthday Jen booked me in for a surf lesson today. I had so much fun! I even managed to briefly stand up on one wave. The toughest part, aside from standing, is fighting the waves, you try and walk/swim out and getting smacked back by an incoming wave. In the end I decided to enjoy the ride rather than try to always stand up! And yes, I was surfing blind without my specs or contacts!
