Breaking boards

We had the Isle of Wight Tae Kwon Do tournament today, for all the students of our club, and I was one of the referees, so a busy day. This is a shot from the Men's board breaking competition. The man here was doing a hook punch, hence his hand looks like it has disappeared! The boards we use are rebreakable, so we can use them again and again, but this one is equivalent to around 2 inches of wood.
