Winter begins

Yesterday evening was MUCH colder.  Today it has rained most of the time, and although it is a bit warmer, the dampness made me feel cold, so W lit the wood burner, for the first time this winter.

We've had a relaxed day, though I have managed to do some ironing.  And we've tidied the "plastic bag" corner in the kitchen.

I've hardly done any stitching (mainly I do x-stitching) since we moved in, but today I've sorted out the ongoing projects a little, so I can sit in front of the fire and sew.
