One of the (many) chilling aspects of yesterday's attacks on Paris was the choice of targets. The Charlie Hebdo attack in January was on a saritical magazine, so the "logic" of the target could be understood, if not agreed with. But last night was an attack on people dining, watching football, at a rock concert - it was an attack on enjoyment, an attack on happiness.
