Sauvie Island Geese In Transit

North of Portland is an oasis of vegetables and flyways.

We left our guests to shake out their details for their move to Poland, and Layne and I went for a drive. There were a few thousand geese in the fields and next to no humans in this beautiful landscape, so close to a metropolitan area.

Between our guests and the Abigail diversion I have not been able to catch up to all the abstracts. But as usual they consistently rank high in blip enthusiasm! Lovely.
