Nottingham

It has been a very busy end to the week after my holidays in Egypt -

Weds: Arrive back in UK at midnight
Thurs: Full day at work in Edinburgh then fly to Nottingham
Fri: Conference in Nottingham then fly back to Edinburgh
(Saturday: Sleep. Lots)

I'm exhausted: suffering from man flu and mild food poisoning. Can't hear a thing. PADI would have recommended I didn't dive all last week, but I did and it was worth it.

Conference in Nottingham was fairly interesting, about mental health and the arts. The venue for the conference (Duncan MacMillan House), as pictured, is a renovated building which used to be Nottingham's mental hospital.
