Shipping container apartments

This is my 730th blip. Two straight years of continuous photography a day. Neat. The photo isn't anything special for the milestone, but it is a photo.

These shipping containers are set up as apartments. One container per unit. They're 740 square feet and rent for $1,000 a month. This isn't New York, so this is a little ridiculous. I suppose some hipster with money or someone who wants to get rid of their possessions could find this an interesting opportunity, but this isn't for me. I also don't know how well it would work in the summer when temperatures soar.

Also, it's raining. El Niño really is doing a number here. It's chilly and dreary out, much different from the usual sunshine we see.
