Editions! That's 50-odd years of Be-Ro books, my mothers' ones now added to mine. There are some interesting(?) changes over the years; 6lb bags of flour have disappeared, lard has been replaced by marge, Milk Fadge is no more (and not missed I suspect) and Courgette & Pepper Cobbler and Smoked Haddock Gougere have appeared. I wonder what my granny would have said if I'd asked her for a Gougere for my tea?
