Cold weather joys

Down in Kakaako looking at a new condo - just looking, mind - when spotted this wall down the street.   It's been repainted as I'd previously blipped it painted red image against white background.   Kakaako is bristling with new condos, some quite tall, and most quite expensive (termed 'luxury condos' in the trade).   As if we need more of those . . .
