Airy-Fairy Hare

OK! A very heavily edited blip.

That said, it was 9pm before I had time to pick up the camera today and I got really excited about seeing a couple of hares on my way home. They were a long way away, they were either doing nothing interesting or moving very fast.

The truth is I've never taken a photo of a hare before so I wanted to mark the day with this. I was grateful that the friend stopped the car and let me get out to take the shot.

A day of torrential rain with thunder storms and, in other parts of the north, flooding and hailstones!
