Rust

I've run the gauntlet today; no breaks, six teaching periods and a workout at the gym straight after work.

Home just before six to take the dogs for a walk with Mr B. We went a little further than usual and both dogs were hot by the time we got home. I found this little leaf (on a tree). It caught the sun as we walked past and I 'just had to have it'. 

It looks like rusty metal in the right light and I loved the textures and colours.

Since getting back from our walk, I've managed to cook dinner and clean up, fold the washing, brush (the very furry) Maggie, take some photos and make the lunches.

It's just gone 9pm and Mr B and I are sitting down to a half hour of relaxation before we hit the sack.
