Curious

We were in Stonehaven briefly this afternoon. Down at the harbour we found a few people watching these police playing about with their jet skis.

They were well covered and had helmets and goggles. At times it seemed they were practising resting one of the group supposedly in distress in the water. They also had a couple of high powered motor launches and maybe three large trucks for all their equipment.

I have no idea what they are doing here, but what makes it really strange is they were not British police, they were Belgian.
