Scrap - booking

Another quiet day with no change .

I went out and enjoyed a wander around the shops and even did some clothes shopping. For myself.

I'm getting to know the area pretty well and getting adept at finding my way around. In fact I'm quite comfortable with it now.
The people you have to deal with in the course of shopping and so on are mostly very pleasant and helpful but I find it hard that no one will just chat or pass the time of day.
And how two people can pass each other on an otherwise empty street without so much as a nod in each others direction completely boggles me.
It leaves a sad alien kind of feeling.

The girl was given a really nice scrapbook for herself and the baby and she has been making a start with it, putting in lots of pregnancy pictures and so on.
