Tonight I had the urge..

to bake biscuits.  Dug a recipe out, 'coconut and oat biscuits' but I had to improvise on the recipe.  I had no syrup or light brown sugar, so I used half honey and treacle and dark brown sugar.  I also added some cinnamon as well as the ground ginger.  24 biscuits made, 22 now in the biscuit tin.
