Drama. Another very sad day. Just realised who was involved in the plane crash. What a shock, not fair. And back ache, must be the lack of sleep, all the horrible news, a bit of stress at work combined. 2 nightmares on two nights, I hadn't had any for years, hopefully quiet night today.
