Honey Bee

The lavender has bloomed and the myriad of bees have arrived. This one stayed still long enough for a picture. I had a lovely relaxing day today. I spent 2.5 hours in the garden weeding and thinning the carrots. The marmots managed to get into the plot and ate most of the peas so I've tried to place rocks where I thought they might of been sneaking under. Time will tell if this works. I started reading The Hunger Games last night and I managed to finish the book today. It was so nice to just sit and read all day long. I haven't done that in ages.
