Welcome to the world!

This little Highland calf was born just after 9 o'clock this morning.   When I saw her she was  just over 2 hours old.  Mum, who was happily chewing the afterbirth, had obviously not wandered far from the spot where she gave birth.  I wish they had been just a little closer to the fence and my shot might have been a bit sharper.
