The hunter gatherers

Dris busy hunting and pointing snipe, woodcock and the illusive grouse since that is what he does, while the collies gather in the sheep. Right in the background of this photo is the Isle of Iona. We knew it was to rain at about midday but hoped it would hang on until a bit later. It did not. At 12.30 it began raining so the second half of the gather on the farm where we manage the livestock was a little wet. My dogs worked well however and I'm proud of them. Glad to be home and dried off.
