Fleur

I'd been avoiding this entry given the events in Paris that transpired on this day. But then, when reviewing what photos I had taken, I found this fleur-de-lis.

In French heraldry the three petals of the fleur-de-lis represent those who worked, those who fought and those who prayed - the medieval social classes.

So we work for peace, we fight for peace, we pray for peace.
