Tiny Tuesday: close-up chocolate cupcake!

Another mad shift, no beds for patients to be admitted into so lots of stress from the team trying to make room for more poorly patients.

A patient's relative made some delicious cupcakes, so I just had to pay homage to their skill with a thank you blip.
