Work in progress?

All is now quiet, so I popped up to the attic to check on the progress. How do you rate our chances of getting things shipshape in time for guests at New Year? We’re due to travel in a few hours over two weeks. I’m trying to repress the panic. So much to sort out here, quite apart from the work on the house and getting things straight. And the idea of transiting one of the world’s busiest airports has no appeal right now.
