Tiny Tuesday: Nuts and Bolts

It has been a long and very busy work related day so I have not had much time to be able to find more exciting subject material for Tiny Tuesday this week.  It did occur to me at one stage, when I was struggling to get to grips with some of the changes introduced by the Government this year, that I could sub-title this piece getting screwed .... oh well....
