Tuesday night training

I had a Dr's appointment in the morning to check a mole that had changed. She said it was nothing to worry about. I also asked her to check my shoulder that has been hurting a lot recently. She moved it around a bit and now it hurts even more. I wish I hadn't mentioned it.
I then went straight to work. We had been forecasted really strong winds but they weren't too bad. Bibi went to training and I picked her up at 7pm. I had dinner and then went straight to bridge.
