And so a frantic day out; school run followed by full morning out west; first of the day had the guy swigging beer. The final one was also 'interesting'; before lunch at Mrs P. She's looking better than last time I saw her but still wants out. Understandably....

As the rain took hold of the afternoon, I continued on my merry way and even managed to squeeze in a school pick up, too. And some shopping as my 3pm wasn't in.

So home via her parents' evening and then straight back out into a wet but rewarding cycle ride back to hers; I think full fatness fitness is edging closer as I sailed up the hill (OK, OK, helped by a tail wind...)

Chicken with grated carrot and beetroot with mozzarella in a yoghurt mint parsley chilli orange rind dip was much needed and well received.

And home by ten; to sleep soundly.
