Ormond Hill , Avoch
Mike had his haircut so while he was busy I went for walk. The sun was shining although there were black clouds coming over. Most of the boats are now out of the Harbour, it' surprising how big they are out of the water and some have interesting names.
The tide was on it's way in and two oyster catchers were running across the beach. Lots of gulls around too.
We had heard that the Scottish Flag and a French flag were flying half mast on Ormond Hill so we went to have a look. The wind was not really blowing but we could see them. A nice way to show we care.
I'm waiting for David and Mike to return from the Create Highland Business award ceremony in Inverness. David has got through to the last 15 of the 'entrepreneurship competition' and will find out if he's a prize winner tonight. Fingers crossed :)
I'm all by myself as Richard is away on training for his new position of work. Just me and my readymade meal and the TV.
