AWAYADAY

The Prof and I are having a cheeky wee awayaday, visiting friends in Morpeth and family (who are also good friends!) in Newcastle. Lovely warm reconnections and lovely warm cuddles with the two newest and cutest members of my amazing extended family. Sometimes I have to pinch myself cos I can't quite believe my luck in being related to these guys. But best of all is my travelling companion, seen here visiting the office where he started as a booking clerk at 15. You have to buy your ticket from a machine these days (sigh).
